Lisa Gallagher is a senior marketing and commercial leader with 25+ years of experience building and scaling brands across consumer healthcare, food & beverage, and wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and is a CPA, combining creative brand building with disciplined commercial thinking to drive results. She has held senior leadership roles at Navage, McDonald’s, General Mills, and multiple PE-owned growth companies, and has advised leadership teams at numerous Fortune 500 companies and early-stage businesses on marketing, innovation, and growth initiatives.

Dr. Louis Kuchnir founded Kuchnir Dermatology in 2001 where he and colleagues care for a thousand patents weekly. He served as president of the Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology from 2009-2015. He received his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He earned a PhD in physical chemistry at Harvard University and went to college at MIT. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Adam M. Rotunda, M.D. is a double board-certified dermatologist with specialized training in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery. A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a fellowship-trained member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, Dr. Rotunda focuses exclusively on skin cancer removal and complex reconstruction at his practice in Newport Beach, California.

Thanh-Nga Tran, MD, PhD, graduated from Caltech with a BS in Chemical Engineering before pursuing both her MD and PhD through the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology program at Harvard Medical School. She completed her doctoral research under Dr. Robert Langer at MIT, focusing on drug delivery and nanotechnology.
Dr. Tran trained in dermatology at the Harvard Combined Dermatology Residency Program and subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. David Fisher at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her research bridges biomedical engineering, nanotechnology, laser medicine, and drug delivery, with the goal of developing innovative therapies for dermatologic conditions.

Dr. Mercedes E Gonzalez is a double board-certified pediatric dermatologist at DERM360 a private practice and Medical Director at Pediatric Skin Research in Miami, FL. She is an assistant professor in Department of Dermatology at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim School of Medicine and at University of Miami Miller School Medicine.
Graduate of Emory University, earned an MD at Rutgers–New Jersey Medical School in 2004, completed pediatrics residency Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York–Columbia University, dermatology residency and pediatric dermatology fellowship training at New York University (NYU) School of Medicine.
Dr. Gonzalez is a Principal Investigator on numerous clinical trials and has a special interest in severe skin disease in children. She lectures regularly at Dermatology conferences and is co-editor of 3 dermatology textbooks, including the recently published 2nd edition of Goodheart’s Same Site Differential Diagnosis, and numerous journal articles.
In addition to practicing pediatric dermatology and participating in clinical research, Dr. Gonzalez volunteers her time to serve on committees within the Society of Pediatric Dermatology (SPD), American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the Pediatric Dermatology Research Alliance (PEDRA) . She is also a Director on the board of the American Board of Dermatology where she serves as the chair of the Representation Committee.
